Jacob Pham is starring in the 'Lion King' musical in New York City at the
Minskoff Theater. The young student is playing Young Simba.
'I was determined to play Young Simba because he is playful, he's funny, he's sneaky, he loves to do whatever he wants. The music, the costumes, the acting - all the songs are beautiful,' Pham says.
Jacob's voice teacher and acting coach, Emilia Sargent, says there's something different about Pham: 'Jacob's a star.'
Jacob is excited about this Broadway opportunity. His mum is excited, too. 'I love this kid so much and I'm so proud of him,' says his mother.
